Mark was previously a First Vice President in equity research at Merrill Lynch. In his last role he was a Group Head managing a 17 person team of Retail Analysts. Mark has 18 years experience as an equity analyst (Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs). During his tenure he was ranked on the Institutional Investor annual survey of best analysts in three different sectors- Advertising, Apparel/Footwear and Specialty Retail.
Mark is on the Board of Directors for publicly traded Iconix and the Retail Marketing Society. Mark received an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan’s Business School.

Marni was previously a Director in equity research at Merrill Lynch. During her 11 years at Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers she covered Apparel, Footwear and the Specialty Retail sectors.
Marni also worked for five years in the apparel industry. As a Vice President of sales for 525...made in America, Marni developed and grew their Home Furnishings business. Marni was also a senior account executive at Fenn, Wright and Manson, a women’s and men’s clothing concern. Marni received an M.B.A from the New York University Stern School of Business and received a B.S. from the University of Michigan.

Debby has been with Stephen Dweck, a leading fashion and fine jewelry brand for the past 12 years. Her current position is Creative Director and during her tenure she has had a number of responsibilities. They include design, sales, marketing and strategic planning.
Previously, Debby worked for 5 years for Bergdorf Goodman as a buyer of fine and semiprecious jewelry and an assistant buyer of couture. Debby also has experience with Bonwit Teller (Assistant Buyer- Coats, Suits and Dresses) and Macy’s (Department Manager). Debby received a B.B.A. from the George Washington University.
